Welcome to the new ETalert web site. This site is the result of 5 years of ongoing efforts from volunteers, students, and staff from many organisations.

This site aims to provide valuable irrigation related information to farmers in the Port Phillip region (near Melbourne).

• Farmers can monitor local weather conditions, as well as looking at historic weather data.
• Through this site farmers can sign up for ETalert services, such as a weekly fax, a daily SMS, or e-mail.
• Through networking forums, farmers can talk with each other about important issues.
• Farmers can model various scenarios for planning water budgets.
• Farmers can access and contribute to relevant information pages.
